Leadership Program

Our Leadership Program provides opportunities for greater community impact, advanced leadership skills, and increased self-confidence.

The Friends of FoCo Fondo Leadership Program empowers adults to grow as leaders through cycling, mentorship, and community engagement. Designed for individuals from historically underrepresented communities, the program helps participants build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and create positive impact within groups and spaces they care about. Through shared experiences on and off the bike, participants develop meaningful connections while helping expand access and belonging in the cycling community.
