To apply for the scholarship program, riders must be at least 25 years of age and identify with one or more marginalized community (BIPOC, non-binary/gender expansive, or para).

Typically, applications open mid-January with a mid-February submission deadline. Selections are made March 1.

In alignment with our mission, we are focused on access, opportunity, and community connection for every scholar.

• Access: Advanced riding knowledge beyond individual baseline via virtual education sessions

• Opportunity: Full or partial coverage of travel and housing to participate in FoCo Fondo with a free entry to the race

• Community connection: New outlets for adult relationships via group chats and in-person gatherings

• Having fun
