Heat & Altitude Talk with Source Endurance

A part of our programming in 2026 includes a series of monthly calls to help you feel prepared going into FoCo Fondo weekend, and bike-season in general. This month we’ll be talking about how to prepare for events in the heat and at altitude with Adam Mills of Source Endurance. Adam has a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. This call is intentionally timed, with adequate time ahead of FoCo Fondo and other mid-summer events to fully adapt to the heat and ride with confidence this summer.

Auto-invites to these calls go out to scholars, clinic riders, and those who purchased the Source Endurance Training Guide. If you aren’t “on the list” for riders attending these talks but would like to be, please reach out to friendsoffocofondo@gmail.com and we’re happy to let you until the room is full!
